Raffle Terms and Conditions

1. By entering the prize draw you are agreeing to these raffle terms and conditions.

2. The Raffle is being run by Darwin's Kitchen Ltd.

Eligibility to enter

3. The Raffle is open to entrants over 18 years of age.

4. In entering the raffle, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and eligible to claim any prize you may win.

5. Multiple entries are possible.

How to enter

6. Participants must place an order between 24th Jan - 27th Feb with a minimum order of 3 products. If participants place an order of 6 products, then that counts as 2 entries.

7. There will be three prizes - 1st prize - Deluxe Darwin's Kitchen Tote bag filled with each Darwin's Kitchen products. 2nd prize - Classic Darwin's Kitchen Tote bag with one free chosen product. 3rd prize - Classic Darwin's Kitchen Tote bag.

8. Darwin's Kitchen use of tote bag distributor as prizes does not imply any affiliation with or endorsement of such company.

9. The winner will be drawn at random, and will be announced on 1st March via Social Media.

10. The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternatives will be offered.

11. We reserve the right to substitute prizes with another prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond our control make it necessary to do so.

12. The decision of Darwin's Kitchen regarding any aspect of the prize draw is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.

Winner announcement

16. The winner will be notified on 1 March 2022 via Social Media and Direct Contact.

17. Darwin's Kitchen will attempt to contact the winner by Direct Message up to two times.

18. If the winner does not respond notifying them of their win within 14 days, they will lose their right to the prize, and Darwin's Kitchen reserves the right to choose and notify a new winner.

Receipt of the prize

19. The Prize will be personally delivered by Darwin's Kitchen.

20. A photo will be taken of the winner with the prize once received.

Data protection and publicity

21. You consent to any personal information you provide in entering the raffle being used by Darwin's Kitchen for the purposes of administering the prize draw, and for those purposes as defined within our privacy notice.

21. All entrants may apply for details of the winning participant by contacting us at darwinskitchenltd@gmail.com

22. The winner agrees to the release of their full name to our social media winner announcement.

23. An announcement of the winners will be made via Social Media (Facebook and Instagram)

24. All personal information shall be used in accordance with Darwin's Kitchen Privacy Notice.

Limitation of Liability

25. Darwin's Kitchen does not accept any liability for any damage, loss, injury or disappointment suffered by any entrants as a result of either participating in the raffle or being selected for a prize, save that Darwin's Kitchen does not exclude its liability for death or personal injury as a result of its own negligence.

26. Darwin's Kitchen does not provide any form of practical or IT support for this prize. On receipt, all responsibilities relating to warranty and the product are that of the prize winner.

General

27. Darwin's Kitchen reserves the right to cancel the prize draw or amend these terms and conditions at any time, without prior notice.

28. The prize draw and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales
